I was a remote worker the entire time and felt very connected to my team even without meeting them in person. My leaders made it a point to have individual 1:1s with team members each week, give constructive feedback, as well as always encouraging us through day-to-day tasks. I would recommend this company!

I do not have cons. The only thing I did miss out on being a remote worker was some fun events they had throughout the year that happened in-office or in the Cincinnati area but this did not take away from my experience!
