Pluspunten

Great coworkers, nice office. Even co-ops are given real responsibilities. The work environment was good and the atmosphere in the company was very relaxed.

Minpunten

Not always enough work, even the full time employees sometimes seem bored. Too many unnecessary meetings. No training period for inerns/co-ops

Pluspunten

The benefits are great. Low premiums for health insurance, normal vacations days, 11 holidays, PTO to use for sickness or personal appts that equals about 40h a year and extra 2 or 3 floating holidays. Tuition reimbursement is 100%. The culture is great, very corporate-like atmosphere but people are friendly and willing to help. Very stable job

It takes long to move up but the pay for each level is very competitive

Nothing but drug addicts, drunks and immature nepo's. They are entry level at best. State needs to take over ASAP
