Good peer learning experience is a big plus point. Team cohesiveness is good. Project and proposal teams have quite an appetite which is good for the company

Minpunten

I felt that there was a lot of bureaucratic culture with no open communications with management. More formalized learning and development is required.

Oil and gas is good but if you get into nuclear design..less opportunities

work wise good. we can enjoy very much.salaries are also good. management is excellent. projets are good.

Minpunten

but don't know all of sudden with any prior information they will decrement the salaries and will simply says that your performance is low apartment that company is good
