Parties all the time with free food and drinks. Free branded gifts (hoody, socks, backpack, T-shirts, notebooks, pencils, stickers, etc..). There's a 120euros yearly bonus and additionally company stocks. Woking 2 days from home and 3 days from office. Overtime is payed.
Minpunten
Unnecessary spent money on parties and gifts that no one needs! It could have been transferred to bigger salaries or bonuses which are really low for this industry and the workload! They are going to make you feel poor and terrible for even asking for a bigger salary. There are no ground rules about the behaviour so everyone can DO and TELL you anything, based on how they feel at that moment (and not be punished for it)! Working like a machines. No one cares for your development or success, but everyone cares if you make any kind of a mistake!
