As someone who spent almost a decade with PLS; I can say fully and honestly, they do not care about you.
This is a company to build experience with and move on from.
If you are a $20K rep for more than 6 months, after you roll out, they will move off of you. You will be terminated with no second thought--other reps will poach your clients and potentially ruin any relationships.
Furthermore, management tends to play favorites--If you show growth potential, they will feed you, but the moment you fail on one opportunity--you will be turned over.
This is not the job for anyone who questions their own ability and work ethic.
PLS Hires in classes - they will hire 30-40 people at a time, and in 3 months, 4 to 5 people of that class will remain. The turn over is extremely high and there is no job security.
Finally, even if you are a top performer, they will not hesitate to get rid of you.
