Vast majority of folks are very friendly and a pleasure to work with, a company that tries to be current and an industry leader in terms of technology and trends, decent benefits, lots of professional development opportunities if you want them, hybrid work schedule available for some roles, flexible start/end times available for some roles, great health/wellness programs available outside of the basic insurance benefits, very cognizant of impact on community and genuinely tries to be a positive impact or at least mitigate things that might be negatives

Manager training seems to be entirely optional, no real interest in employee engagement, very siloed and hierarchical processes making them very slow, schedules for rolling out new initiatives are too condensed creating panic at some levels and reducing the possible quality of outcome, change management doesn't seem to be top of mind when rolling out something new. Onboarding process like goal setting and expectation delineation also seems to be entirely optional.
