Pluspunten

Lots of opportunities for overtime (at least in certain busy groups), which sometimes lands you a gift certificate in addition to the time-and-a-half pay. If you want to get trained on something, they will usually be glad to get you trained on it.

Minpunten

Highest stress job I have ever had, which for me was not worth the pay and all the random $$ bonuses. I always got good reviews from my supervisor, but there's always this sense that you could be fired at any moment for any reason.

Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

Minpunten

You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
