No one from the top down is happy there or cares enough to hide their misery. Most employees pass through for less than a year and then wisely choose to bounce. Backstabbing vicious coworkers who will try any petty tactic to bring you down. If you stay long enough, you become just like them- in order to survive. Or you stay off campus and work from home as much as possible.
