A lot of freedom through the workday as long as your work is getting done and nothing is behind turnaround time. The workload can be anywhere from nothing to do, to working from the minute you walk into the minute you leave it really just varies.
Minpunten
When you first start and don't have any experience you really have no idea what they are training you on or expecations on what the job really entails. Other cons are at PPD you are underpaid compared to other companies and what they paid at entry level.
