Pluspunten

The pay is excellent and based on performance. Very positive work environment and management is very capable and care about the employees. Great opportunity to start within the company and many opportunities for growth within the organization.

Minpunten

There will always be cons and it is important that you look into everything about a company before accepting an offer. The biggest con I can think of is that occasionally there are lapses in communication. This company is constantly evolving and implements change fast. If you can't adapt quickly, or don't like change; this is not the company for you.

Engineering team is young and open for innovative ideas. Everyone supports and respects each other and willing to help and learn from each other. As a contractor - it is a very smooth and stress-free work experience.

Minpunten

Might be little bureaucratical when it comes to paperwork & processes but this is a large utility so this is expected or even required. People tend to rotate a lot and it makes it difficult to find support & training but everyone understand it and there is no pressure on workload most of the time allowing you to finish the job without a lot of pressure.
