The Senior Management is always open to new ideas and there are no hierarchical advantages. It promotes open door policy where anyone can go, speak up and the management ensures they listen and take necessary action. I have learnt a lot in this company and have been fortunate to be a part of a great team who keeps you motivated while providing supervision from great senior leaders. There is ample scope to work on reputed brands across industries and enhance your skill set. The agency might be rooted in PR, but the mix of experience here goes far beyond. The flexible timings offered by the company is truly a blessing, so, if you are committed and work smartly, maintaining work life balance isn’t a challenge.

The higher management is deeply toxic, with constant office politics and little to no regard for juniors. There’s an unspoken pattern where individuals are pushed to a point where they either resign themselves or are made to. Instead of guidance, fresh graduates are expected to have everything figured out from day one, with no real support system in place. At the same time, there’s a clear lack of accountability at senior levels. While some spend time scrolling or disengaged, the pressure and blame disproportionately fall on juniors when work isn’t delivered, often leading to unnecessary harassment rather than constructive feedback.
