From my initial interview, to my first day, to where I am now - I have never felt so welcomed and at home at company. The ethos of work hard and play hard is definitely instilled from the top. We are all like a family from home! The initial, and on going training given is fantastic and gives you more than enough tools to be highly successful in the role. All you need do - is listen to the advice and information given, and there is no reason why you wont succeed. There is no micromanagement here. If you follow the Core Values, and work to the best of your abilities there is no reason why the management would need to look over your shoulder. Best career I have made! Can't recommend it enough!
