While having attended their interview i could say that they need only web developers. If u don't have an issue working under them in a low pay scale then the company is not that bad.

Minpunten

Expand their work from just web developing to other mainstream jobs. Improve the pay scale for employees

Recognition for your work 5. CEOs are real teachers they do encourage alot for you to become a team player as well as an IC

1. Salary was far too less but that should not be a concern for a learner as it will grow in time and they do pay 2. Project execution of most clients were done in waterfall manner while few were following scrum. 3. No epf, health insurace whatsoever so gives a late start in your pf journeys
