CEO is eccentric, everything is micro managed even though they say it isn't in the interview. Be ready for the CEO to ask "how did you earn the check I gave you today?". Constant revolving door, anyone from entry level to senior management may be let go or resign on a weekly basis, then everyone else picks up the slack or changes business models. Be prepared to play office politics / chess to align with the right people in order to succeed.
