What would be your expectation of recruitment process (esp. when you're applying for working student position)? Mine would only be: CV screening - Interview with team lead (which might take maximum 1 hour) - Result.
Amazingly, PRISMA has surprised me with a wonderful selection process. In addition to CV screening and online interview (for around 30 - 45 mins), I got a chance to do the offsite interview (note: All applicants need to pass the take home test, before they can proceed to the offsite interview).
This is what amazes me during the offsite interview: All team members in the division that I applied for, were participating during the interview. It means, I did the interview not only to my 'future' team lead and the division head, but also to my 'future' counterparts in the same department (It was 3 people). Each person takes approximately 1 hour to have a chat with me. I can also feel that they give a lot of respect to their candidates, because the interview went two-ways side, where they are not only asking me questions, but I can also explore what type of team that I will be working on and the potential learning curve that I could get when working in this company.
After all recruitment process, I believe that PRISMA is one of few companies who live up to its value, where they see people as an asset. They are willing to invest their time only to get to know 1 candidate. Thus, regardless the result, I am really honored to get a chance to meet with Prisma's team.
