Benefits fall short compared to competitors, and even basic amenities like parking are a constant source of conflict.

This is an impressive company with 800+ employees focusing on everything ICT. It's a success story IMHO. The scope of work is very interesting and challenging. You are free to organize your work as you see fit as long as you deliver of course. The building is brand new and a nice place to work in. A good offer of diverse activities and trainings. I consider the pay to be OK.

Peoples management is not their forte. You are more of a number than an employee. I honestly have no Idea how one would progress and make a career (I am not looking for advancement so I'm fine) since hierarchy is clearly more focused on their own wellbeing. At least in my area. This company is an expert in Telecommunications but not in Communications. Make sure you discuss everything to the last detail before you sign on. What is not written in your contract you will not get later. Ah and yes parking rules are somewhat peculiar.
