Minpunten
- Pay remained too low to maintain living situation in Northern Virginia, despite being told multiple times over the years that they were "doing something about it" - Upper management cares more about making money than running a good organization - Policy explicitly says that you only have to turn in a doctor's note if you're out for three days, but HR will ask for a sick note every single time you're out. Stayed home because you had a cold and weren't feeling well? Doctor's note. Didn't go to the doctor? You're out of luck. - VERY high turnover rate - Lack of recognition. You could be doing the greatest job they've ever seen, but they won't say a single positive thing. In fact, they'll probably find something to penalize you for. - Management makes things competitive and hostile between coworkers. "You should be more like *insert coworker's name here*" was a sentence that I heard thrown around multiple times. I cannot stress enough how bad of an experience it was working here. If you value your self worth and your mental stability, don't take a job with this organization.
