Worst company Toxic environment with zero support - werkgeversreview Sales Development Representative (SDR) bij PS Tech Solutions

There's literally nothing good about this place.

- The CEO is totally incapable. He has never ran a company before. - Very very dodgy background. The CEO has no social media account, no background to verify, Nothing. - The management will talk behind your back, talk bad about others in the company and always threaten to hold back your salary. - They want to sell their product but they don't want to advertise it because...Dodgy... - Nobody in this companystays for more than 3 months except those that have no other options. The employees are also non-cooperative and scared of the management. - If you get approacehd by the CEO or 'management' or 'representative' from Koodoo or PS Tech, please ask them to provide full documentation for validation, They won't provide it to you for sure.

I cant think of 1 pro also

-over promised during interview. Offered damn high salary and allowance, 2nd day itself will start pressure u for unfair numbers. -their dialogue as intern can do means we experience sdr to do more. -boss believes if no numbers means u lazy :) no matter how much to try -threatening if no numbers means u must resign.
