As a former employee of PSPDFKit, I can't speak highly enough about my experience with the company. The leadership team at PSPDFKit sets the tone with their genuine care for the success of every employee. Management is approachable, supportive, and always willing to listen, creating an environment where everyone feels valued and heard. What truly sets PSPDFKit apart is its commitment to bring a culture of teamwork and inclusivity. Across all departments there's a strong sense of teamwork and a shared dedication to achieving common goals. Overall, my time at PSPDFKit was incredibly rewarding and has provided me skills that will help me in my career. PSPDFKit has an outstanding culture that truly comes from the top down. I'm grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such a great company.

There is a lot to learn and there are a lot of changes. With that being said, if you ask for help there is always someone willing to help you.

Decent amount of opps inbound. Good people to work with. Good place to launch a sales career

Toxic attitude from the top. Upper management doesn’t give off the confidence that they know what they’re doing (just my observation and opinion). Internal processes and communication methods can be odd and seem to change at will. It just wasn’t smooth. Pay was a little under what other companies provided for equivalent roles. Not horrible but not great.
