I worked at PSR for 2.5 years and it was truly a wonderful experience. Sharon Ball is one of the best leaders/mentors that I've ever had! PSR is small but mighty. They work hard to provide an excellent candidate and customer experience. I gained so much valuable experience working for PSR and used it to get into Amazon. I can't think of any major cons to share. They are small which can be both a pro and a con depending on how you look at it. I enjoyed that aspect because it gave me the opportunity to make a real impact.
