The most important aspect of my working relationship with PSR Associates has been trust. They have delivered everything they promised in a timely manner. Honestly, I have not been treated better at any other contracting firm. What really caught my attention is that on my first paycheck I was paid a day early. Wasn't expecting that! They walked me through a rigorous onboarding process, which I would not have completed in such a short turnaround. Whenever possible they would reach out to me an ensure that I had everything I needed. My experience with other consulting firms was they provide the opportunity, but it’s up to you to sink or swim on your own. Not the case here, they ensured that if I had any needs, beginning with a laptop to ensuring it was equipped with all the necessary software and configured correctly for the client network. The representatives at PSR Associates where there every step of the way. If you have an opportunity for employment with PSR Associates I highly recommend them.
