They try to offer fun things like wine every week. The benefits are pretty good with more holidays than other companies, medical & dental is good.

Minpunten

Upper mgmt doesn't support their employees at all. Morale is terrible across the board. Alot of people are really grumpy in this company because of the morale. Very cutthroat. Company is moving to Boston to find 'talented' employees. The CEO slams the door in employees faces rather than be a gentleman and keep the door open for you. Need I say more?

Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

Minpunten

Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
