Working for Pacia Life is the absolute perfect fit for the right person. They make a point to hire people that are willing to be hardworking and flexible, and more than anything capable of being a team player. They always take care of their employees, as they know it's not always an easy job and they make a point to check in with their staff and lend advice or support. I've worked at Pacia for 2 years and the owners have helped me out personally and professionally numerous times, and them along with the rest of the Pacia staff feel like family. Great work culture, and very flexible schedule! Having a cohesive team is necessary in this line of work, and that is one of the biggest pros of Pacia SLC.
