Do not make use of employees full potential. Recommendations and ideas are instantaneously shot down because (1) managers do not comprehend ideas due to lack of experience (2) poor communication with HQ. Promises made at time of hiring are quickly forgotten and approaching upper management in not only frowned upon but can be reprimandable. Lack annual performance review for managers leads to key management positions occupied by under qualified professionals. Pay grade is abysmal. No HR department, the HR department are a bunch of admin employees that aren't trained to handle anything related to HR.
