      Benefits were ok. There are some great co-workers.

      Minpunten

      Lack of communication and community within the organization. Management is inconsistent. I am ok with constructive criticism but there is a lack of any mentorship. Managers tell you what you do wrong but don't really give any helpful advise.

      Great people. Great management

      Minpunten

      Oil price dropping rapidly made it impossible to keep the great emplyees on staff. Massive layoffs resulted.

      U work with a lot of good guys and work out side with a lot of good equipment and different company's.

      Minpunten

      U work in all weather conditions u are out of town a good bit longer sometimes then others and some of the company's can be a real pain.
