The expectations from sales management are unrealistic, and not in tune to with what is going on with their customers or what is happening currently in education. The company is driven by their board and makes changes swiftly whenever the board is dissatisfied. This creates a lot of stress on the sales teams.

Since private equity took over a lot has changed. People are shown the door at what seems like a moments notice. Leadership appears overly reactive to what the private equity overlords say. It's an interesting time
