Start-up Culture - I love rolling up my sleeves, facing new challenges everyday, and being able to work fast. Leadership & Team - The Pactum Leadership team is strong, inspiring and supportive. They have a vision and can lead us to the next level. New hires into the company are also making a difference with their experience and passion.

      There are so many customer use cases, we have to continuously prioritize. We can't build fast enough, but ultimately this is a pro vs. a con.

      This is a start-up environment where processes are still being built out. This isn't actually a con since you get to really put your mark on things, but you'll want to make sure you're the kind of scrappy person who likes rolling up their sleeves if you want to join Pactum during this promising phase of development and rapid growth.
