As a long-time employee, I have witnessed and been a small part of the continual evolution of the cultural importance of media, which for a career, is immensely satisfying. Importantly, the work is a communal effort at Paley. Every position, every skill is essential to the overall mission. It is a joy to work with such talented and committed people, another aspect that makes Paley a special place to work. A company needs clear vision at the very top to ensure the institution is positioned to weather economic turmoil and in fact grow. CEO & President Maureen Reidy has skillfully guided Paley to re-find its identity as a museum to ensure the public knows that we are open and welcoming to all.

In order to offer such a rich array of public and industry programs, it is a very fast-paced environment. It will not be a good fit for people who aren't energized by that pace of working.
