You get paid breaks. You can work long hours. If you repair, you get piece rate. So if you work hard, you can make more money. If you show yourself as a good worker you can move up. You do have to take a urine and wait a week or two to even get the job. Work can be very labor intensive if you choose to repair or build. So don't bother if you're lazy.
