The company lack structure, you really don't know where you are going to be in the next couple of years if you decide to stay in the company, the management is also not structured, no clear hierarchy. The Chinese management influence is also too much, they sometimes over power the decision of the people in the local market despite their knowledge of the local contexts. The Chinese management also ignore recommendation from the the team in Nigeria, The company also lack innovation, they are a complete reap off of their competitions. The HR resource department also lack the basic human relation skills. Employee satisfaction is nothing to talk about. The employee retention is very low, good people come in and leave very fast because of the toxic work environment.
