Many good people but management disconnected from reality - werkgeversreview MTS-3 bij Panasonic

Management is touting successes that aren't actually happening. Big shift from hardware to software happening but no communication from management on how to navigate it. My manager was laid off 3 weeks ago and we still haven't been told who we report to. Promotions are based on years worked not contributions. All hardware engineers are required to work 6 days a week, software engineers are asked to do same as show of support.
