Extremely disappointed with my experience at Panaz, I experienced a hostile work environment which ultimately led me to being bullied out of my job, unprofessional behaviour,gaslighting. The lack of support from HR was disheartening. The toxic culture brought round by one member of management not only affected my mental and physical health but it also hindered my ability to perform my job effectively, I often felt isolated, undervalued with my contributions being overlooked and my concerns dismissed
