Pluspunten
The only reasons to work here is that it's the highest starting pay of any casual dining place I've ever seen, you get one free meal during your shift, and you get an okay discount
Minpunten
They expect you to do so much extra stuff that I've never seen in any casual dining place. The expectation is that closing will take 2 hours or more (the store closes at 9, we usually wouldn't be done until 11:30). They are extremely meticulous about small details (which way the serving spoon is facing, the angle at which the serving spoon is I'm the bowl). And besides all that, as a company, they are extremely conservative and slightly sexist. You can't have any piercings other than a single one in your earlobe, you can't have unnaturally colored hair, etc. And when I first started they told me I had to work in the front because "the company likes to keep females working the front line and keep males working the kitchen". Cooks get paid $9.50 an hour... That is blatantly putting a salary wage between men and women.
