ZERO work-life balance because of consistently unreasonable and shifting deadlines, with a huge amount of pressure for each one. Feels like 99% white people, especially higher-ups. Was a huge surprise based on the values they seem to promote on social media and on their website. There is also a huge mean girl energy amongst the entire company from the top down (especially from the top...). The turnover rate is a huge problem where I'd see at least one to three people a week either quit or get fired. It's not a big company so you can imagine how this turnover impacts all departments. It's unfortunate that the company is so shady behind the scenes because they really do make some decent products. As others have said, huge reach for a start-up. I would not recommend working here to anyone.
