Tight knit team with startup culture. Important mission,

Minpunten

Poor communication between teams. Nightmare to deal with people to get things done. You would send in a request but they would forget. People don’t know what they are supposed to do or they don’t communicate about the decisions they make. Lack of prioritizing tasks

Pluspunten

The people here genuinely care about the mission and it shows through how they they show up! The Leadership team is also very impressive in how they can all tactically dive into the work and be more than simply "people managers". If you're excited about building this place has a TON of green-field to work with.

Minpunten

The startup world is not for everyone. If you like working within a lot of structure with everything being clearly defined, then this is NOT the place for you.
