Minpunten
- If you're a senior developer, prepare to be under challenged - They spend way too much time talking about doing things instead of doing - Too much red tape and bureaucracy, takes for over to roll things out to production - Many "Teach Lead" titles cosplaying as technical, but they're actually light and inexperienced. Because of them things take 10 times more to accomplish then. I swear they use ppl like as a crutch to cover up their incompetence in front of their superiors. - P+ relies too much on ppl hire from abroad and are here on the US on H1B's; those ppl have a lot of gaps in their education and formation, making the place more disorganized and stressful than it should be - The non-tech teams are over bloated and they also lack experience. An analogy is having too many so called "chefs" in a kitchen, therefore things flow erratically with lots of miscommunication and delay - Senior IT leadership is no more competent, they lack vision of expertise on how an IT shop should be run. Also the structure is too hierarchical.
