Pluspunten
The work environment is usually very laid back, and in some departments, there is little micromanaging and overly burdensome requirements. Because of that, there are a lot of opportunities and freedom to experiment, but not necessarily the support.
Minpunten
The company operates very, very slowly. In order to undertake initiatives, it's a necessity to get upper management's active support. While that makes sense, it doesn't in the online world, where media and reactions need to change very rapidly. For some departments, it's also so easy that many employees feel that they can "phone" it in, so to speak.
