People are seen as numbers by the SLT. They rarely make an appearance on the sales floor, the rarely stay at social events and so they don't connect with the team on a human level. They keep there distance and tend to see people as numbers. The BEST part about Pareto is the people and they create an amazing culture but when the SLT make changes to save money they obliterate the culture and people stop performing
