Pluspunten
"The ultimate goal is to build an agency that I would want to work for." This is what the CEO told me during my first interview. And in the 8 months I've been here, the founders have tried to live out that statement with every action. Company culture starts from the top and it is very evident at Pareto that the founders and employees all work to build each other up - no undermining, gatekeeping, or other BS. Generous company holidays and Unlimited PTO (again, no BS here). I've seen companies with "UnLiMiTeD pTo" where they give you hell for taking days off. Pareto is NOT one of them. Also, employees are required to take a mental health day every quarter. Overall, very nice work/life balance for an agency. Salary is competitive and ample opportunities present for hard workers. Pareto is growing fast but also responsibly. There is a plethora of opportunities to try/learn new things and grow. Employers are genuinely interested in employees' growth - there is constant knowledge sharing and mentoring. Generous 401k matching and other bennies. Fully remote.
