I've been working as a freelance digital court reporter since April 2025, and I love it! It allows me flexibility to work from home, and the pay is very good. The digital reporter management team has been amazing, and is always kind and supportive. I highly recommend this company, and hope that the company continues to grow!

There really aren't many cons, if any. However, if I was pressed to provide one, I would say at this point, the workload is a part time income. Hopefully, in the near future, the amount of work will grow into a full time income. But since this is a growing company, and I believe is the future of remote depositions, I anticipate that this will happen, and the workload for digital court reporters will grow accordingly.

Products are launched too early at very random timing Company sells in too many countries and can't provide a reliable support locally Customer support is understaffed which doesn't provide the best customer experience Very fragile top-management organization that evolves every 6 months which doesn't allow to build strong foundations in the subsidiary Employees not paid at the market level No career growth plan for employees Tied to a French headquarters which slows down the decision-taking process drastically Very low benefits for employees (rarely pays bonuses, no lunch provided) Very fast and competitive market and company is too slow at upgrading and keeping up with innovation HR onsite not knowledgeable about US labor laws and the market
