Pluspunten
Very uncompromising hiring policy means a very strong team, with world class talent and a very strong set of cultures and values. The tech is on the sharp edge, There is a real bias towards performance - within reason, we get tools we need to be productive, and a lot of freedom of choice. Very nice office space, in a good part of town. It is transitioning out of startup zone so still has some of the benefits of a startup (blank slates, freedom etc) without the funding worries. There is definitely scope to grow into a role or define your own role at the moment, although if you are looking for strictly defined career paths and career management, that isn't here.
Minpunten
The same uncompromising policy on hiring, means that it's very hard to fill positions rapidly enough, and it results in a fair bit of hustle. Being a start up very big promises are made, to build market share (and just the fact that the problem Partly solves is very difficult) which means there can be a lot of 'skin of teeth' moments. It's not for the faint-hearted or inflexible. Most of the customers are overseas, any customer facing positions are likely to be expected to be available outside of normal office hours.
