Pluspunten

Partner Software is great if you are coming out of college or starting in a new field. The mentorship is excellent and they genuinely care about their employees and their career path. They will put a lot of responsibility on you but they trust that you will get it done and there is open communication if you are struggling with a project. Management will internally promote as you progress and work/life balance is good.

Minpunten

The pay is not great, which is why I said that it is a good company if you are early in your career. Benefits are good.

Partner Software is a great place to grow outside of your job title. This is a place where you can start off as an intern and quickly move up the ranks. There's a lot of freedom in how to do your job. This is possibly the best place to be if you have an entrepreneurial spirit and don't want to or aren't able to take on the personal risks. You can be in support or you can be in management, you learn how to operate a business from all stand points.
