They work you to death, make you attend meetings all day that mean nothing, and you have little time to actually work on client accounts

- nice team members, my direct manager was kind - work/life balance was decent

Minpunten

- Leadership team is not driving effective strategy and has a biased view of team member performance and contributions to the company - Zero communication on critical updates that directly impact the team, leaving most of us in the dark - A lot of favoritism and for such a small company, there are a lot of politics in between departments and teams. - Growth trajectory and professional development are not prioritized
