My favorite part of PC is the great work in fostering a supportive and growth-oriented culture. The team is incredibly supportive and collaborative, always willing to share knowledge and lend a helping hand. I really appreciate the open communication and the emphasis on professional growth, which has made me feel valued and motivated to contribute. Although is a remote environment it truly feels as if you see them everyday by the way they value communication within one another. There’s a clear focus on performance and results, but the work environment is positive and engaging, with a good balance of challenges and opportunities. I’ve also been impressed by the company’s dedication to innovation and staying ahead in the industry.

Although everyone has been amazing in helping me individually. I believe if we were to have a set training system for each new employee depending on their role, it would be very helpful.
