Great people - I think because they work so closely with executive teams to make results happen, that they recruit a great bunch of people who are both smart and good with people - good EQ. They say they recruit the top 1% but it is definitely people who are both smart and good with people - Great development - it was like drinking from a fire hydrant. I learnt so much: onboarding program, face to face training courses, Summer Camp, Apprenticeship Program, on the job coaching & feedback (this was good), UP Start / Passport, experts to call on - amazing Great results - I love the engagements I did. I love it was more than a pack. It was actually helping management teams deliver. I felt I learnt about execution. It is helping me today.. Amazing alumni - they brought back 2 alumni at the last UP Day (Unleashing Potential Day) and there were amazing. One was CEO of a business which he had taken from being worth $100m to $3blln and he said most of what he does to drive value he learnt from PiP. Also a really nice person, honest person.
