Pluspunten
Co-workers are always nice and management is fair in dividing jobs up to get you out of the shop. If you work hard it will pay off and you'll get more respect from everyone. You'll get better jobs and have more fun if you put in the effort.
Minpunten
Compensation is extremely poor for the amount of work done and how much effort is required. You'll have long days in the sun and management expects a lot out of you. The owners and workers in the front are often taking too many jobs, that end up weighing heavily on the workers in the back. They hire employees from the unemployment source, which includes many people with DUI's and criminal backgrounds. They have a high employee burnout rate. If you're not willing to work and put in the long hours I suggest looking someone where else.
