certain colleagues are worth their weight in gold, hybrid working

Minpunten

the best staff are not respected by the management and SLT. The teams try to do their best but are always working with no support from the right people. The misinformation from the finance team about why payments are not made to the instructors needs to be questioned. If they are struggling to make the payments to the instructors, I am not sure how long the business can survive without them.

Poor management, low staffing - push the the right people out and keep the wrong ones in - leadership team all worked together previously in a different company and somehow got all the leadership roles here. Operations director hasn’t got a clue with the changes they bring in.

The hours can be long when juggling multiple things Always working at minimal staffing levels has an impact on moral.
