1, The business operates from a abandoned factory, you can imagine the ambience. 2, The maximum pay hike for a top performer is less than INR 2000 inclusive of taxes(if you are employed with pathfinder, Park employees are not entitled.) 3, There are no values to the business as such, nothing is transparent. 4, Most of the times managers will be watching videos on you tube, team leader will be the ones managing the business. 5, There are bunch of pathfinder employees working for 8 years with no promotions at all. 6, All the managers are females and the boss is a womanizer every employee knows about this. 7, There are two types of company within the same business you might be fired anytime. 1, Pathfinder is owned by Patrick O Connor, 2, Park is owned by Anand Jesudass. 1, If you are pathfinder employee you are entitled to get so called employee benefits. 2, if you are employed for Park you are a contract employee and your employment is valid for 6 months, they will throw you out when contact ends, no consideration at all. There is not a single soul to care for your development and employees who are working will know more illicit things than i know. Working for this company is absolute waste of time and its better to sell sim cards roadside where you may gain some good marketing experience and money.
