Pluspunten
I had the pleasure of interviewing for a product consulting role with the Pathmatics team and met with folks from across the org including senior leadership. Not only was everyone incredibly welcoming but they actively engaged in a knowledge- and opportunity-based dialogue around the role, Pathmatics, and the state of their market. Such transparency is hard to find in today's broader tech environment, let alone an employer and group of folks willing to qualify and work with/accommodate a candidate throughout the interview process. If this is any indication of the quality of the Pathmatics org and their genuine commitment, interest, and care for their employees, then they are certainly doing something right! Given the opportunity, I highly recommend future job seekers to explore open roles and meet with team.
