Preferential treatment is given to those who know how to be liked by management and management does not even hide it. Management selects who they like and provide benefits such as preferential scheduling, cross-training, consequences received, etc to those people. The rest of the staff simply deals with it and is subjected to a massive production mentality and micro-managing. Staff members who are not supervisors are told to watch others and inform management on their behavior in order to find excuses to get them in trouble. Your growth, personal life or mental health does not matter to them, only what you produce for the company. The training is extremely disorganized, communication is terrible and despite being promised to be trained in other areas, they do not allow it. Only for their chosen ones. Beware!!!!
